Industrial insulation designed for high-temperature processing environments, T-FIT® Process is stable at up to 200oC – (EN13501-1 fire certification and EN14707 temperature resistance) making it the insulation of choice for industrial process areas such as steam lines, food processes, energy, electronic, photonic and chemical applications. Most flexible: T-FIT Process can be installed indoors, undercover or outside without any loss of insulating performance. The crosslinked structure easily withstands physical compression and other rigours associated with installation processes during construction work and while in service.
Simplest: With an operating range of -20oC to +200oC, T-FIT Process is suitable for insulating both chilled and hot processing applications, which means a single insulation material can be used throughout the installation. For fast, tool-free installation, plus a long maintenance-free service life, T-FIT Process straights are easy to fabricate into elbows, bends etc. T-FIT Process is easy to remove, open and close for inspection, and is available in 12.7mm and 6.35mm thicknesses, depending on specification.
