Our Technology
At the heart of T-FIT Insulation is Zotefoams’ unique ZOTEK® F42 HT LS foam. This advanced material is the only foam compliant with the FM4910 Global Cleanroom Materials Protocol, offering unparalleled flame, smoke, and toxicity ratings. Our high-pressure autoclave process ensures a fine, closed-cell structure that is particulate-, dust-, and fibre-free, inherently hydrophobic, and highly resistant to bacteria and mould growth.
